How can I find out about obtaining military classified records for a vet for court case?

I would issue a subpoena duces tecum for the records.
This seems simple: Ask for the records through a “Request for Production of Documents.” If they are not timely provided, ask the Court for a Judgment in your favor.
What branch of service?
If they’re classified, and the court agrees with the reason they are, then you’re out of luck.
