The fastest way maybe to take everything to the closest office of a rep for one of your congressman or Senates (make sure its one who be lives in the military). In general I hate Congressional but there is a time and place to use them and yours may be in that category. Bring everything you have, dint lie, answer any questions they may have as honestly as you can. I had a friend with medical problems that were service connected with a national guard unit. He tried to get something done for 2 years and got nowhere. I talked him into going Congressional and in less than a month he go a medical discharge and medical help from the VA To go through channels is a long process.
