How can I get The Army Board for Correction of Military Records to process my request quickly?

I was discharged from the military based on false claims of abuse by my now ex wife. Ive since then been able to prove that it was a lie, however my reenlistment code is a 3 due to my discharge. I was told by the local recruiter that I could get a wavier to go back in, but he highly doubts that I will get it because of what it says on my DD214. I wish to rejoin as soon as possible. its a beurocracy. it takes as long as it takes.
To go through channels is a long process. The fastest way maybe to take everything to the closest office of a rep for one of your congressman or Senates (make sure its one who be lives in the military). In general I hate Congressional but there is a time and place to use them and yours may be in that category. Bring everything you have, dint lie, answer any questions they may have as honestly as you can. I had a friend with medical problems that were service connected with a national guard unit. He tried to get something done for 2 years and got nowhere. I talked him into going Congressional and in less than a month he go a medical discharge and medical help from the VA
