You should have copied your entire file before you even reported to your first duty station. You should have also been copying every piece of military paperwork you have received…get ahold of a human resources dept and they can help you

Your clearance is in an inactive status.
You can get records at
FRED
1. Log onto your website for your given branch and request it.
2. Contact the VA.
3. Contact the Branch in Washington DC you were attached to.
Other then that you need to do some research I am sure the VA can guide you to number 3 if they cannot help!
