I’m an Army brat, and at the end of my baptism record it says to contact the Military Ordinaritate of United States of America. I tried and only got the history, bishop names, etc. No contact information

They ask you if you’ve ever been to the hospital before at the recuiting office and at the MEPS
And I said no… Because I made myself forget about it =(
It wouldn’t be considered as Psychologically damaging? Or won’t they make the person get a wavier for it?
Ok, and there was one therapy session at this place right afterwards and another counseling session later down the line at a college campus, will these show up on my record too?
